Blue Jasmine (Cate Blanchett).

"Blue Jasmine. What a character! Her strength and endurance through out the film is intoxicating"

Allen makes the audience feel a high level of empathy for Jasmine. Alec Baldwin (Jasmine's ex husband) should be congratulated because his delivery is impeccable.

The plot revolves around a New York socialite, whose in denial regarding a marriage breakup, who imposes upon her sister.

The supporting cast is exceptional. What a great performance by Sally Hawkins (the sister). Bobby Cannavale (the sister's love interest) puts in a memorable performance. Blue Jasmine is worth every bit of it's 90 minutes, enjoy.
